Restoring good shoulder health is easy when you understand the principles behind what creates the issues in the first place.

In this workshop you’ll be shown a simple 3 step process to restore shoulder function that will:

  • help you remove the blockages built up over time from old injuries or poor movement patterns.
  • enable you to move better, unrestricted and have more confidence in your day to day activities.
  • be proactive instead of reactive in your pursuit of better health, strength or performance.

This workshop is for you if you lack confidence and strength in your shoulders and want to learn  learn how to restore function, remove pain and build strength.

In 4 hours you'll be introduced to the following concepts:

  • How breathing mechanics can make or break your shoulders.
  • Simple and in depth Trigger Point & Mobilisations strategies for every muscle of the shoulder.
  • Learning a different movement strategy by re-training the individual muscles in isolation and integrating them back into the bigger compound movements like Push Ups, Pull Ups, Handstands, Overhead Pressing, Bench Press.
  • The mechanisms of pain to help you understand what it means and why you have it.
  • The role of Fascia and the Nervous System in movement and how to effectively train these key systems to improve range of motion and motor control through movement.

- Young and old athletes wanting learn how to build long term resilience for their sport.

- Personal Trainers & Coaches wanting to learn how to clients with shoulder issues to get out of pain and get stronger.

- Desk workers wanting to learn who to fix posture caused be 10 hours of sitting behind a desk every day.

- Regular gym goers who aren't sure whether their building themselves up or breaking themselves down.

- Anyone who is not sure what to do about their shoulder issue.

*A recording of the workshop will also be sent to all attendees for those who may not be able to attend the whole 4 hours online.
