After all, I used to exercise to push myself and get stronger, but now I was being pushed to give that up...
In my youth I would always try to improve as an athlete, thinking that being able to ignore the pain and keep moving forward through injury was the way to succeed, but the harsh reality was very different...
At my lowest, darkest point, the crippling pain left me clinically disabled. Over time I learned how to deal with this pain, but it wasn't until I dislocated my shoulder that I realized there had to be a better way. I sought professional advice from a few practitioners, but the best help they could give me was telling me that I'm done with exercise... That I'll never be able to do a pull-up again.

removing the pain and regaining mobility in my shoulder -
