I've had more progress in 2 months than I got from 6 months of regular shoulder rehab. It's not just that I've got better range of motion and stability while doing the exercises, but now it doesn't hurt to do life stuff like put on clothes, slide open doors and lean on my elbows while I'm lying down. What is this magic?
I found Jason's shoulder program on social media after struggling with shoulder issues for years. An impingement of one shoulder and a lat/ teres issue led me to see several physical therapist, and enrol in several cookie cutter shoulder programs over the years, where I saw little to no progress. All of the previous approaches | took toward healing my shoulders had similar approaches, of which never explained the nuance of any of the exercises, and didn't allow for regression or adjustments of exercises for my own particular circumstance. I started bulletproof shoulders, with a little more hope than previous programs, due to some of his content on Instagram. After starting, it lived up to my expectations. Jason's program allowed for regressions, quick feedback, and correction of form for the exercises within the program. I believe his feedback and knowledge are key reasons I'm gaining mobility and reducing the pain in my shoulders. The biggest thing I've learned, is that there's always a way we can adapt an exercise so that we can have a path toward healing and more mobility. You don't have to be stuck where you are. I'd recommend this program to anyone with shoulder issues, or athletes looking for improvement in shoulder function.
I’m 42yr old recreational lifter. I decided to see Jason regarding the Bullet Proof Shoulder Program as I had experienced months of of intermittent pain and limited range of motion in my shoulders. After a face to face consultation to assess what was going and where the issues were stemming from Jason had me begin the Bullet Proof Shoulder Program. That was two and a half months ago and since then I have experienced massive improvement in shoulder mobility and stability along with a reduction in pain and discomfort. Throughout the Program Jason explains the purpose of the each the exercises and mobility drills with regular reviews on form and execution to ensure the best results. The program is designed to be challenging but not so much so that it feels overwhelming or excessive with good linear progression on each aspect of body mechanics retraining, strength building and rehabilitation of overtrained and tight area/muscles/tendons. I highly recommend the Bullet Proof Shoulder Program to anyone experiencing shoulder pain and discomfort or wants better to understand correct body mechanics and exercise execution.
